2. Usage, cleaning and renew

Filter is used to absorb oil from the process of cooking, more importantly, it stops the grease from entering the smoke duct fume, which will cause fire after a long time.

Cleaning: filter must be cleaned by degreasing agent about one month, if no, it will hinder the smooth ventilation during the process of cooking, more seriously, filter perhaps will be destroyed and damage the cooker hoods.

Renew: usually filter needs to be changed every 6 months at least. A certain time usage, some grease is piled up in some hidden place which is difficult to be removed, if not renew in time, there is some harzard which will incur fire.
